Performance reviews

Every quarter, our team conducts development feedback talks involving three distinct sources: self-assessment, managerial evaluation, and peer input. When was Klar founded?

Klar was founded in 2019 by Stefan Moller, Co-Founder and CEO at Klar. The company has been founded in Mexico with a mission to democratize and revolutionize the way in which financial services have been delivered so far in Mexico. 

Is there a possibility to work remotely?

We have a hybrid environment. Klar's headquarter is located in Polanco - CDMX where non-tech teams are attending 3 days/week, while our tech/product teams are fully remote across the globe with a bigger concentration in Argentina and Germany.

What is the demography of Klar’s remote people?

Besides Mexico and Germany, we have an international remote team of 30+ people working from different countries such as Poland, Serbia, Portugal, USA, India, Pakistan, Kenya, Argentina, Ecuador and Peru.
